CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER

As a Vision Customer Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring stability, accuracy, and efficiency of vision inspection equipment used in automated battery production systems. You will handle troubleshooting equipment, verify inspection accuracy, and optimize defect detection capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Vision Equipment Troubleshooting

  • Analyze and resolve equipment issues involving vision systems

  • Monitor equipment to detect anomalies in real-time

  •  Identify root causes based on experience and data

  • Share findings and resolution methods with relevant teams (UC, OEM, etc.)

2. Inspection Accuracy Verification

  •  Confirm that the vision system accurately detects each defect type

  • Evaluate missed detections or misclassifications

  • Understand the classification logic and ensure system alignment with production needs

​

3. Defect Detection Optimization

  • Adjust parameters and conditions in response to material or process changes

  • Measure and analyze daily detection performance data

  • Implement preemptive actions to prevent quality issues

​

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with vision inspection systems, automation equipment, or factory operations preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

  • English proficiency required; Korean proficiency is a plus

  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed​
